When will my order be shipped?

For Ready-to-Ship orders take 1-2 business days to process after purchase, plus transit time

How long does delivery take?

Shipping typically takes 5-15 business days depending on your country and city of origin.

What should I do if my package is lost?

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

If your order tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier first to check for delivery errors or held packages.

If your package tracking shows no delivery update, you must contact us within 60 days of the shipment date to file a lost-package claim.

Claims submitted after 60 days will not be accepted under any circumstances, as carrier tracking information expires and cannot be verified after that period.

This time limit ensures fairness and helps prevent fraudulent or unverifiable claims.
